The electric film curler of greenhouse accessories is a new generation of greenhouse film ventilation and cooling equipment, which replaces the traditional manual film curler to realize the automatic control of rapid film rolling, releasing and greenhouse environment. It has the characteristics of light weight, large output torque, output self-locking, high travel adjustment accuracy, large adjustment range, rain proof, dew proof and low power consumption. It is suitable for use in different climate conditions and is a better choice for modern solar greenhouse. The regulation and operation instructions of electric film reeler are as follows:

1. Loosen the locking screws on the two stroke adjusting buttons of the electric film curler, and turn the stroke adjusting button so that the two toothed ring bosses are not pressed on the contact of the microswitch. Pull the reversing switch of the power supply, and the electric film winder starts to work. At this time, confirm the positions of "film rolling direction" and "film releasing direction" of the reversing switch of the power supply.

2. Place the power reversing switch in the "film rolling direction" position, and turn any stroke adjusting knob by hand, so that the ring gear boss presses the contact of the microswitch (can feel the click). If the electric film winder motor stops rotating at this time, it means that the adjusting knob is used to adjust the stroke in the "film rolling" direction. If the motor does not stop rotating, another adjusting button is used to adjust the travel in the direction of "rolling film".

3. Put the power reversing switch at the "film rolling direction" position, rotate the travel adjusting knob of "film rolling direction" by hand to adjust the film rolling travel, and gently pull up the knob after confirming the film rolling travel. Place the power supply at the "film release direction" position, rotate the stroke adjusting knob of "film release direction" by hand to adjust the film release stroke, and gently pull up the knob after confirming the film release stroke.
